otherwise you make them in the scrolls manufactory

i-Davis has a listing of all buildings. For scrolls-related, filter on 'Standard Goods T2' and 'Introduced in event:' select 'All'.

Note that some buildings change their production goods, depending on which Research Chapter you are in.

Clarification - some buildings change their production goods depending on which Research Chapter you are in when you first acquire them.

It is also possible to upgrade event buildings to later chapters when you advance by using Royal Restoration spells; it is not possible to downgrade buildings to earlier chapters.

It also depends on what boosted goods you have. Some buildings produce boosted goods, some don't. If your boosted is scrolls, some event buildings manufacture them. I don't know what a building produces when you have all the boosts; I haven't gotten there yet.
