In the Orcs and Goblins research tree under the Campfire BBQ and Raptors Nest, it shows you need 1750 Shroom of Wisdome however the limit for collecting the Shroom of Wisdom is 1500

Not a bug. You need to upgrade your Orc Portal. At level 4 it stores 2000 Shrooms and 3000 Loot.
