Answered Quest: Honor the Treants

Hi, I have had the quest "Honor the Treants" up for completion for a couple of months now, it requires me to have 1 Ancient Rune. I received this quest around the time I unlocked the ancient wonders. In that time, I have managed to complete one ancient wonder by collecting Runes from Provinces, forge a rune from shards, and have three other ancient wonders almost ready to be built, yet this quest still does not come up as completed.

What is the "Ancient Rune" I need to acquire, and where can I acquire it?

I'm playing v1.21.8, elves, on a macbook.

Apologies if this is something really stupid that I'm doing.

Ancient Rune is a Culture building, research and build one.
