Closed | Archived Quest Bug - Orc chapter

I'm currently playing in the 'Orc chapter', yet recently received a Dwarf quest to produce copper coins - it is a quest that cannot be dismissed, I no longer have my dwarf portal nor any copper foundry there this quest is impossible. It has been suggested this is a bug in the system - please advise. Drakkaar.

Contact support and explain about the bug, then ask them to complete the quest for you.

It may not be a bug, it depends on where you are at in your mainline quest. I have heard though that support may help in that situation also.
