Could some knowledgeable person help me find the reason I cannot connect my second manifestation of air.
I have spent hours trying to resolve this.

Hi @SueH456*

The link unfortunately won't allow either myself or other Players to see your City

The Manifestation of Air needs to be connected to a Canal directly connected to the Portal. So it may be that there isn't enough Canal, lack of Space, or even lack of resources to build! If you could post a screenshot of you attempting to place the second building that may help!

It's been a while since I've been in this chapter, but I think that the canals must be connected to the Portal or to other canals that are eventually connected to the Portal. I'm not sure that the canal that's next to your air building is connected that way.

Hmmm.... If that canal can't go a bit more to the left (closer to the Portal) then I don't know why it's not working. You can try to log out and clear your cache. That's the first thing support would tell you to do
