Hi, got stuck on Orc quest asking " Send Orcs to Spare time Activities!
What is needed to complete the above? Been searching the forum,
but could not find any answers...

Its production from the rally point. Several of the orc quest lines are rally point productions.

The wording of the quests are a bit strange!!
