It's no longer against the game rules so yes, you may have more than one account in a world.

The ability to have more than one account in a world was originally allowed in Elvenar to allow players to experience both races in Arendyll before Elvenar International opened Winyandor on Friday 16th October. It is still worth knowing that this rule does still apply to all worlds though. :)
