Question Moonstone Library in Magic Academy

I noticed this is showing up for crafting in the Magic Academy.

Will the other items required to complete the full Moonstone Set also be showing up for crafting in the Magic Academy?

Yes, you should see the pieces you do not have already till you have a full set.

Once you have crafted all pieces of the set through the Magic Academy, they won't appear anymore.
