Question Missing City Expansion reward

I just earned City Expansion 5, but I didn't get the item to place. Is it a glitch or do I need to complete level2? This is different from other times I claimed city builds. Can I have my reward please?

Have you checked that you have the coins needed to place the City Expansion ? (If not then it will be grayed out as if you hadn't researched it). This is a common mistake which most of us have made at one time or another.
