Hi... We haven't seen our Archmage of our fellowship since 6th Jan... is there anything we can do to officially take control of our fellowship or do we just need to leave and join elsewhere?

Contact Support, explain the situation, and ask them to appoint another Archmage.

You can also contact support by right clicking anywhere in your city and choosing support from the list that pops up.
