Hi am I supposed to be able to put a pet food on my Witty Raccoon it looks like I should be able to but it won't let me?

Yes, you should be able to use pet food on the raccoon. I'd contact support to find out what is going on.
The name of the thread is Magical Manufacturing so just in case you were wondering, you can't use Magical Manufacturing spell on any other buildings than manufacturies.

I haven't fed mine yet but when I select pet food then the raccoon does get the icon to show it can receive a snack.

Feeding raccoons just encourages them.

But yes, you can PF the raccoon but you can't MM the beastie.
