Question Loading problem

In last week or two I have an issue> I can not log in to the game. It is not the problem in my credentials. The problem is in loading the page. Once I manage to reach to the world entering and get stack there. Another time I am stuck on the first page, nest time on logging in.... Every time on different plase.
This looks like some tehnical problem. Do you know if any of players had problem like this and, if do, how did they solved it?
I am useing Mozila browser to pley from. And do not know which support team should refer.
Can anyone help, plese ?

Hi @Naissa , You can contact the Support Team from here on the Forum :)

Head to the Forum Homepage and in the top right hand corner you will see "QuickLinks"

Under there you will see "Support System"... click there and follow the instructions to raise a ticket, and our Support Team will be more than happy to look into this for you :)
