Question Knowledge Point Crafting Item

The KP item is labeled X15. How does this relate to the 7 points accumulated in my KP bar? Do I get 15 times the 7?

It doesn't relate to the KP bar as such, it means you will get 15kp.
The 15 will get added to your KP bar though so you won't get more "hourly" KP until the bar has open slots.

Gotcha. I was confused by the "Available 7KP" and why I would want to know.
