User Interface Improve Visiting Function

[Summary] - Add a feature making visiting neighbours and fellowship easier.
[Details] - Next to the fellowship icon on the left, add the hand icon we see when visiting people. If there are any unvisited neighbours or fellowship members, it could be pink, otherwise grey. On click, it would open a window with 2 tabs "Fellowship" and "Neighbours", where the latter would display all discovered neighbours. Next to each name there would be the hand icon indicating whether or not said player has been visited (pink or greyed out) and clicking on this would take one straight to the player in question. There would no longer be the need to click on the hand on arrival if we got there via this method. While in this "visiting mode" the game would remember what tab and page we are on to minimise clicking.
[Reasons for implementing] - Visiting is currently awkward and clumsy. It requires excessive clicking once one is through with page 1 of the fellowship and is tedious on the world map, especially since the game is slow in loading provinces. There is no way of knowing if a neighbour has been visited beyond going there. This is relevant, for instance, when a specific person has nothing left to click (upgrading main hall), or if one has simply forgotten where one was and so on. I would also recommend auto-greying in such cases, or with those annoying towns that are abandoned with the main hall under construction.
[Impact on other game features] - Would not impact other game features, but would require an extra feature.
