And I would really like to know why? I had a fairly large city on Arendyll, rank 23 player on the world. I was halfway through Dwarven research, have spent a good deal of money on your game and now it's all gone. Player cannot be found. I was even able to create a NEW ACCOUNT with the same old name, just to be given a brand new baby city with a main hall and squat all anything else. I am NOT happy! If I was banned, why was I not given any opportunity whatsoever to defend myself, or even so much as a warning?

To appeal a ban you will need to open a support ticket. Ban appeals are not handled here on the forum.

But according to your posts, it seems you may have inserted an incorrect player name while trying to log in. Perhaps?

The player name at rank 23 on Arendyll is ajdavies65
