Dear Elves and Humans,
We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your support during 2015. It’s been a huge year, from the opening of Elvenar International in May, the launch of Fellowships, Ancient Wonders, and of course our first guest race - Dwarves. On the forum, we passed 1000 members earlier this month, and reached the milestone of 5000 threads! There are lots of good things to come in 2016 too, but for now many members of your Elvenar Team will be taking some time to be with friends and family during the holiday season. Here are some pointers to help us help you over this holiday period:
Support (tickets)
As always, we aim to answer tickets as soon as possible, but as we may not be staffed quite to the usual level, it may take somewhat longer than usual to receive a response. Please be patient, and please do not raise multiple tickets on the same issue - we will make sure all tickets are answered
Forum moderation
As the forum will be less actively moderated during the festive season, you can help us by reporting any rule breaches that you see while you are reading and posting. This will bring the post to our attention and enable us take action in a timely manner. You can report a message that breaks the rules by clicking the 'Report' button at the bottom left of the post.
No update
0.31 was our last update of 2015. The first update of 2016 will take place in early to mid January.
