Closed | Archived Forest Fabrication - unable to collect

I have a Level 3 Forest fabrication that has recently stopped me collecting Mana Tears. I completed a cycle nearly two days ago but will not let me collect. Sometimes the Tear icon disappears (as if collected) but I cannot commence a new production. The 'collected' Tears do not appear in my collected Resources either. This game is getting hard enough when you can collect everything needed without trying to play short stocked.

You're not the first with a similar issue. What has worked for other people:
- Disconnect the problem Fabrication from the Forest Glade.
- While it is still disconnected reload the game
- Reconnect the problem Fabrication and try again

I would also log a ticket with the help desk. The more they get on this topic, the higher priority it gets for resolution.
