Events - Return of the Phoenix cult
I am being asked to Recruit a good amount of units in return for 16 Skye Essence
How do I do this? I have sword dancers & archers only at the moment.

It just means any fighting unit, your sword dancers or archers will do. Just produce the number that the quest asks for.
