My Enchantment on my KP set itself on without any order, what's going on? just half an hour ago aout 2000 of my people went missing?
Please doe something about it.

Do you know how to contact support? Go to the settings wheel in the bottom right corner. A pop up menu of icons includes a ? Use this then select contact us button and fill out a request for assistance
