Early collect for mana

I have noticed that I'm getting early collect on some of my mana buildings that I never had before. So far not on evolving buildings or AWs. Has anyone else noticed this?

It seems to be everything except evolving buildings and AWs. The length of time and size of the production don't make a difference. It seems to be about half the production but I haven't compared elapsed time to see if that takes half the listed time.

I've got a lot of buildings that don't have early collect, I haven't noticed any that have changed.
