Hi Vulpini -

I have tried running a tracert and a ping and both are getting successful attempts to the EN1 server and everything looks good on Elvenar's end.

Have you tried a different browser?

After clearing cache and different browsers, if that still doesn't resolve the issue please try resetting your modem to reset your current connection.

If you need additional help, please submit a support ticket. :)

Hello Vulpini,

It would be much appreciated if you could reboot your router. You can reboot your router by following these instructions:

1. Unplug the power connector from the back of the router and plug it back in after 30 seconds.
2. Wait a further 30 seconds for the router to reboot.

Please note: Your internet connection will drop when your router is rebooted. If someone is using your network to access the internet, you may want to warn them about it.

I hope this will resolve your issue. However, if the issue does remain unresolved then please Contact Support and we will assist further.

Haven't heard back from the OP or had other reports of this happening. As solutions have been given, I will mark this as not a bug.

If anyone has further problems logging in, please feel free to reply to this thread.

Thanks!

Probably it has to do with his DNS having a problem. It will surely affect your connection and you might need to contact your ISP if their server is having a problem :). Just a possibility from me.

As BV suggested it looks like a DNS problem is most probable ... it's been sorted out one way or another in any event and I have access again (with TraceRt now working).
