Hi, when or how do you acquire the monument in the cliff face?

By building the appropriate Ancient Wonders. When you have the applicable Ancient Wonder in your city it will show the cliff face change as well. Only some of the original wonders show of the cliff face, like the ones from the Humans and Elf group. I don't know the complete list of wonders that have a matching cliff face display.

Also, I don't think they show if your graphics settings are set to Low.

The Human/Elven, Dwarven and Fairy wonders all appear on the cliff face.

Thank you both for your replies, I've built 3 Ancient Wonders in a city, do you have to upgrade before it appears? I've got graphics on high...

The AW's you have are not the ones that create the Cliff face copies
