Question Chapter XVII (Traders of Unur) Quests?

So, I think I just finished the final quest of Chapter XVI, donate 200 AWKP to other players, and got the 200 diamonds. But then, more quests kept being offered. I'm currently being asked to collect 20 relics, with a reward of a Spire Library Rune, and the quests has a title of The Missing Piece. Is this a Chapter XVII quest? Can someone point me to a list of Chapter XVII quests? Thank you.
