Question Can't find the world map so can't scout provinces or solve encounters

Hi,I was using my laptop to play Elvenar. Yesterday I installed it to my phone too. But I couldn't find the world map there. But in the laptop it was working. yesterday night,when I tried to go to the world map from the laptop,it doesn't allow me to enter that.The bar is loading and doesn't let me go to the world map. no fun in Elvenar without solving encounters.

Hi @Shazzu That's no good! Can I ask you first to clear your cache on both devices to see if this helps. Most of the time this will solve the issue however, if it still persists, please contact our Support Team who will guide you through sorting this

Just remember the answer it is the solution to about 90% of all problems in elvenar.
