Whee! It just appeared in my inventory on Christmas Eve! Just on one world, but then we must not be greedy (must we?)

What I would like to know is whether it's a permanent building or a temporary one? Will it vanish after Christmas? It gives nice culture for a 2x1 building so I'd love to keep it.
