Closed | Archived Buttons missing

Hi, I have a huge problem can someone please help me . In both worlds I have no home or trade buttons, which also means I can not do help because no little hand comes up and you then have to restart to even get back home ....
Please help me

Did you try another browser? Maybe the hotkeys still work, return to city "C", trader "T", fellowship "F" and help "E".

Yes I had done all that to no avail, so left the game and for about 2hrs then signed back in and all the buttons were back ...go figure
Anyway they are still there this morning
