Answered Bug or Game Mechanics: Selling Simple Trails

First off I want to say how much awesome fun I am having with this game. :) Anyways, like the title suggests, not sure if this is a bug or just how the game is. Was looking at the selling option to see what kind of return you get. Tried it on the Simple Trail and it disappeared like deleting Footpaths. I'm thinking that is just how the game is and I should be more careful, but could not find any info in forum or wiki to confirm. Thank you for your time.

Glad you're enjoying the game, Phor! :) There is indeed no return of resources upon selling roads of any type. I would imagine this is to make one think carefully how they're planning the roads in their city because in the long run the more roads you have the less efficient your city is. They eat up too much space.
