Other Auto zoom to Main Hall

Idea:
Remove the auto zoom whenever you exit the research tab.

Impact:
Gives better user interface. And allows the players to resume their overview of their city without the hassle to pan all over again.

+1 to this. This is indeed a nuisance when you have 'larger' cities. Considering my city is probably to be called medium-sized at best - I can understand this must be a big pain for players who have progressed far further through the game than I.

Yes this sucks auto position. When you have big city set browser zoom 75%. Problem kinda solved. But then we get lines menu interface.
