Game version: 0.30.2602-v0.30.2-(master) (2015-12-08 13:48)
Game world: Winyandor
Browser + version: Chrome Version 47.0.2526.80 (64-bit Linux)
Flash Player version: 20.0.0.228 (embedded)
Operating System: Linux Mint 17.2 Xfce 64-bit
Screen resolution: 1920 x 1080; 1440 x 900
Account name: Valerius
Humans or Elves: Elves (bug consistent for both races in neighbour's cities)
Hardware Acceleration: ON

Reproducibility: _5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
When loading a neighbour's city and scrolling during the loading sequence (splash screen) or scrolling during the loading sequence when returning to the world map/one's own city, the neighbour's city is not visible and a stacked pile of building graphics appears in the northern corner of the city map. These graphics cannot be interacted with. Depending on whether one has zoomed in or out, this stack will appear at the respective level of zoom.

Expected situation:
A neighbour's city loads normally.

Reproduction Steps & Fix
1.
During any loading sequence, scroll up or down (it doesn't matter whether up, down or a combination of both)
2. Click on a neighbour's city to load it via the world map (can be a discovered or undiscovered neighbour)
3. As long as you do not scroll at any other point in time other than during a loading sequence, this bug will occur
4. Scrolling to zoom in when zoomed out or vice versa will fix the bug.

UPDATE: This bug does not occur when hardware acceleration is disabled!
