Current situation:
When negotiating encounters, the screen randomly freezes after clicking on "negotiate". The only way to get rid of the freeze screen is to reload. Unsure if resources are taken/always taken. Game state is prior to negotiation after reload. This has been happening regularly since the last update and not before.

Can confirm this bug as well. Happens about every 3rd to 4th time I negotiate. Resources were never deducted any of these times.

Happens to me after every completed province, same goes for fellows. So I can confirm this bug as well.

Please add this to the bug: after visiting other cities or mail centre or trader, game tends to freeze as well. Starts out by getting really slow, then parts of screen turn blue and you have to reload the game... I noticed it's happening when more than 1 thing is going on, like moving to a city while a trade appears in Notifications or a message is being received in mail centre.

I agree with Narquelion.

Screen freezes often when one or more things are ongoing at the same time. eg Notification receive and going into world map, battle encounters or visiting.
