Closed | Contact Support Collected items not adding to totals

Hi,
I am having an issue sometimes when I collect, the items go up but are not added to my totals,yesterday 300 supplies vanished into thin air and some have today, I have tried a different browser, cleared cache and temp files, rebooted computer and still have the same issue. This does not happen all the time, only periodically, any advice welcome.
