    When I upgrade a magical residence, it doesn't count in the revolving quests (upgrade a residence to level 11 or higher). However, it does count as "upgrade any building to level 11 or higher". The magic workshop upgrade does count as "upgrade workshop to lvl 11 or higher", so I'm thinking this...
