I noticed that all the summonable buildings can be upgraded now. I'm wondering where and how can I get the Royal restoration points.

The Royal Restoration (RR) Spell is new. It can be obtained via participating in the tournaments (Note: you must be in a fellowship to do so). The RR spell can also be crafted, but you need a blueprint and a few other items (You need to win the 10th chest in a tournament to get a Blueprint).

Royal Restorations are awarded from chests #4, 6, 8, 9, and 10 from the tournaments.
