Where are my Phoenix Artefacts?

OK, so the thread title is a question. But I didn't place it in the 'Questions' section because it's mostly rhetorical.

Being directed to 'crafting' for my phoenix artefacts is like saying we will have world peace someday! Either that or someone in the design/devs team has a warped sense of humour, which is entirely possible.
