Answered Where are my friends?

I feel like a newbie on this .. so i'm posting here ^^

I am trying to get some new players into the game .. friends that I know from all over the world but I am having problems finding them when they have signed up (and they finding me) I now know there are different sign up links depending on what part of the world you are in but I'm assuming the game worlds are the same... its just a different route in. At least I hope so or you guys are missing a massive way of bringing new players into the game.

It's only natural for friends to want to play in the same game world and in the same fellowship ... so why cant my friends from america see me when they have started a village in arendyll ?

Most likely your friends are playing on the US server (us.elvenar.com) while you are on the International Server (en.elvenar.com).

Yes, they can.

There are 3 game worlds on the EN (International Server)- Arendyll, Winyandor and Felyndral.

However the US Server has 7 different worlds: Arendyll, Winyandor, Felyndral, Khelonaar, Elcysandir,
Sinya Arda and Ceravyn. The En Arendyll is completely separate from the US Arendyll.

The US Game worlds will have 'US' in the web address eg. https://us.elvenar.com/ while the EN one will have 'EN' eg.https://en.elvenar.com/

When your friends go to the log-in page, make sure they select EN at the top of the page:

Thanks for the info .. will get that to them in the morning. Will they need to do that every time or will the login part take them there automatically after using ? I think some use facebook and I hope that works same way

The best solution would be to create an account using a password on https://en.elvenar.com/ . To start with it may be necessary to check the correct server is selected as other cities have been started on different servers. Alternatively, your friends could bookmark the EN log-in page.

Facebook may automatically try to connect your friends to the US server as your friends are located there.

Yes it is irritating. I always have to reset everything from US to EN
