I was just one waypoint before concluding the 15KP award, refreshed my laptop and all my points vanished and it moved to next award (Food Stand)... :(

Hello Yendorn. You could send in a ticket to support and they could have a look and see what happened.

The best way to contact support is to right click on the screen while in the browser game or if you are using the app, you can click on the cog in the bottom right hand corner.
