Is their any way that we can change our usernames

Only by contacting Support, but even then, the chances are slim. As far as I can remember, the username can be changed (again, by Support only) in certain circumstances only - if is the real name of the person, or it's inappropriate or ... I don't remember the other circumstances. For sure, it will not be changed if you think it's just ugly. I say to give it a try to Support, maybe you are lucky.
