I think you are talking about this:
; it's called blueprint. They are in the 10th reward chest of tournaments. You need to be a member of a fellowships that achieves 10 chests in a tournament in order to get them.

A magical residence requires a blueprint to upgrade. These are won by completing the 10th chest of a tournament. You can also use diamonds to replace the blueprint. I think this costs 300 diamonds. These are either purchased with real money, or won though various rare or difficult activities in the game.
