Current situation:
Research screen loading but then showing blank as per below screen shot.

Expected situation:
Would like to be able to access research screen as per normal

Reproduction Steps:
1. Research icon at bottom of page clicked on
2. Loading screen for research activates and loads
3. Research screen activates but only as per below screen shot

This must be related to either MAC or Chrome. I'm on FireFox on PC and have the research tree available.

The players commenting on this thread should mention what browser and OS they are using to make it easier to identify the bug. Just a thought.

Hi folks thanks for reporting this issue!

The issue with player being unable to access their research tree since the update to 0.19 this morning should now be fixed. If you still don't see your research tree, please try logging out, clearing your browser's cache and logging back in again.

The browser cache stores files locally so that websites can be loaded faster. These files can sometimes become out of date following an update. For this reason, most simple problems can be cured by clearing your browsers cache. If you are unsure on how to clear your browser cache, you can find more information here.

Please let us know if clearing your browser's cache does not resolve this issue for you
