Hi,
I was only lucky enough to win the Travelling Merchant I in previous Quests but have just managed to get the Travelling Merchant II in the crafting section of my Magic Academy. Just wondered if anybody knows if the Travelling Merchant III can be crafted in the same way, please? TIA

Yes, TM III can be crafted. It costs 1050 spell fragments and 7 Combining Catalysts and provides 16 Vision Vapors
