Tournament checkpoints

They are having this discussion over on beta, thought I would bring it here.

What is the farthest checkpoint anyone has gotten? (that is the reward chest)

I've made it to checkpoint 2. You need 7 players making it to level 6 for anyone to make 6th check point. Has anyone achieved more than level 3.
