So, how should I be finding these large amounts of supplies when scouting provinces? The dialog says I should be getting 26,400 Supplies per Scout, but if it's been happening, I haven't noticed when it does? By now, I've scouted three provinces or so since I installed the building.

You get the supplies as soon as you start a scout. You don't need to do anything to get them.

You will see the number of supplies received right below the number that shows your current supplies - the same as when you collect supplies from your workshops.

Thanks. It sounds like it's less in-your-face than I thought it would be. I'll pay more attention with my next scouting.
