I love the large time instants. In fact, speaking to many established players, who doesn't? I love finishing the Main Hall upgrade in a decent time frame, or a Wonder upgrade. I use the 5, 8, 14, 20 and 40 hour instants frequently. I enjoy the 1 and 2 hour ones, also. I do use the 3 and 7 minute ones occasionally, sure.
But, would I buy a package that included these small ones, in any way shape or form? NEVER! Hey Inno. Selling us items we don't want is kind of silly.
