Thanks for the Rubberbanding Bug Fix

I used to do Neighbourly Help and get the fellowship screen rubberbanding to the first page of the fellowship when I was trying to work through the second and third pages.

It hasn't happened lately. So, thank you for the bug fix. :)

...I use Chrome.
