Answered Temple of sun and moon

I have the temple of sun and moon set except for The Caves Of Dusk. Since it is an Event set (i presume not all sets are Event Sets) is it impossible for me to complete? I believe I have heard people speak of other buildings from previous events that have come back but I can't say I have heard anyone speak of Sets or set buildings coming back. I really want to complete this set. Thank you in advance

There was a tome for the Ancient Promise set as a reward in the last (open to correction) FA.
So I guess not impossible but it could be long wait before a tome pops up somewhere.
