To anyone. I teleported my ST1 Steel L27 to inventory.
To get it back, required more Population than I received. ~110%
Is this correct?

When you teleported it, your working population would have dropped so the pop provided by your Golden Abyss would have dropped (assuming you have the GA) so that might explain why fewer pop are now available.

Sip can't. Due to not enough pop (shows as grayed out). But yup, that is the issue hehe. Possibly got "pop locked", needing more pop, before gaining it back once its built.

Its exactly the same with upgrading when you have a decent GA/MH . . . in order to upgrade you need the population before you upgrade even though net you will not lose it with the upgrade. Its frustrating but its the way it works. More noticable with the Teleport as you're placing all levels at once.
