Struggling for Supplies

Hi! I am in Chapter II in Elvenar in a city of elves, and I am struggling to get any supplies which hinders me to
1) negotiate in battles
2) train troops
3) complete quests
If you have any recomandation on how to get more supplies, please comment!

In chapter 2, coins and supplies will be a constant struggle. It is the way of things. You can put in as many workshops as possible, which you no doubt are doing. The only other thing is to look out in your inventory for when you pick up supplies instants. There should be a few now and then. And when you get into events, try to get through as many quests as possible as quite a few prizes will be supplies based.
