Not a Bug spire

I have quest to reach first stage of spire , reward of diamonds , I have got to the high halls and still not paying out. Am I missing something ?

Did you finish the first stage of the spire before the quest appeared? Either way it may be one for Support.

Try to reach the next Magical Barrier. Not 100% sure about it but most likely it will solve the quest.
It is a little misleading but if I recall it right with "the first stage of spire" only the first 4 encounters are meant.
But reaching any other Magical Barrier should normally solve that quest too.

I may Have already started spire before it appeared, so maybe I have to wait until next spire ?

You don't have to. Just complete the next 4 encouters up to next Magical Barrier.

It's my understanding with this Quest that you need to complete the First Boss Gate (Stage) but yes of course raise a Ticket with Support and we'll get this checked out
