So the event quest returns

and now i have 6 days to do the last 8 quest
to finish
So changes were made in Live Worlds and the event changed and now limit us on the end to one quest a day
and what if a quest take me 3 day s to finished
Really Nicked me off doing all them quest to be shut down at the end ,,

You're not limited. One daily quest is available for each day of the event. Until you catch up with the current day's event you will keep receiving them one after the other.

If the quests are the same as shown on elvengems quest list non of the last 8 quests should take you more than 1 day, in fact 2 or 3 of them could be done in a very short space of time but maybe that depends on how your city is designed.

Use elvengems to plan ahead if you want to guarantee you'll be done in time.
