Hey guys,

Which exact technology I need to research to upgrade my residence to LVL 4 ?
It does not say which one, but it tells me "You need to research technology to upgrade this building further".

Just follow your technology tree. It's called 'Advanced Residences'.

I have upgraded my tree to where Advanced Residences is, but it doesn't allow me to select that one.
Should I have all the technologies researched before that one, in order to unlock it?

If you have researched Advanced Residences then you should be able to build them. They will take more space though, so instead of normal 2x2 I think it's 3x2 for humans.

If you still can't figure it out could you post a screenshot of your technology and the upgrade window of the residence?

here i have uploaded my technology tree.
Advanced residence is grey for me, don't know why.

Yeah you have to research it. Put points into Archer, Armories and then you can put points into the Residences. Once you've done that and spent the fee to unlock it then you can upgrade your houses again.
